Barbecue has been woven into the fabric of my life since childhood, thanks to the countless hours spent cooking alongside my father.
In Filipino culture, barbecue is more than just a meal - it’s a way to bring family together.
This love for barbecuing followed me throughout life, where it not only became a cherished hobby but also created amazing meals for my growing family.
What started as a Father’s Day gift for my husband in 2019 quickly evolved into an organic passion for smoking food, and that’s where the journey of Enzo’s Craft Barbecue began.

Facts:
Founded in August 2023, Enzo’s Craft Barbecue is named in honor of our beloved Cane Corso, Enzo Ferrari.
Enzo joined our family after a cross-country journey from Maryland, finding his forever home with us. Sadly, a year into our time together, Enzo was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy.
Managing his condition has been a challenge, but with the right care and medication, Enzo regained his quality of life for another year and a half of fighting his disease. And our family was lucky enough to gain a few more memories with him.
On August 6, 2024, Enzo tragically lost his battle to epilepsy. Enzo will forever be remembered as our loyal guardian, bestest boi, and the light of our lives. His spirit will continue to inspire everything we do at Enzo’s Craft Barbecue.

Our experience was an absolute delight! It was an incredible outdoor-eating experience. The Pitmaster with her team was very friendly and attentive to their customers.
The first time they opened their first Pop up event, we ordered the beef brisket. It was the talk of the town when we were there. It was juicy, tender, delicious and hot fresh straight off the smoker. We also tried the Dino ribs tender but not soft, perfect ribs that’s sweet and smoky and has an undertaste of acidity and spice. We just loved it!
And to satisfy our sweet tooth, we ordered ube pudding, a traditional Filipino dessert with a vibrant purple color, with sweet and creamy flavor!
We highly recommend everyone to try ENZO’S on their next pop up community event at the Vacaville farmers market. The best Barbeque in town! Come early.. come hungry.. leave happy!!

When we tried Enzo’s Craft BBQ we were impressed by the quality of their food especially since they are 100% seed oil free!! We ordered the brisket, dino ribs and Ube pudding. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, with a perfectly balanced smoky flavor. The Dino rib was HUGE just as you would expect given the name and the flavor was amazing. You can share it with someone else but trust that after taking your first bite, you won’t want to share! The brisket and beef rib was seasoned soo well that you will not need any sauce for it. Unlike other BBQ that is drenched in sauce you can’t even taste the meat! The ube pudding is delicious and a must try! The service was friendly and the owners were amazing! Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Enzo’s to anyone looking for delicious BBQ.
